 Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER)

Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan or BSER is an education board that was established in the year 1957 to meet the educational needs of individuals within the state of Rajasthan. It is also more commonly referred to as RBSE and its primary aim is to be a responsible body for the promotion and development of secondary education in the state. BSER conducts two major examinations for the students in school every year - RBSE Class 10th exams and RBSE Class 12th exams. In the year 2000, there were around 6000 schools across 32 districts of Rajasthan that were affiliated to BSER. The number of schools has only increased ever since, by 2014 there were 25,642 schools at the secondary level and about 9,241 schools at the senior secondary schools affiliated to the board.
