VMOU admission 2024 is offered for undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate courses. The applications for the January 2024 session were open till March 31, 2024. Registrations for PTET 2024 conducted for B.Ed (regular and integrated) applications closed on March 31, 2024. The PTET 2024 exam will be conducted on June 09, 2024. The VMOU M.Sc admission third merit list was released on March 27, 2024.

VMOU admission 2024 will be offered for UG, PG, and PhD courses. Candidates willing to get VMOU admission must fulfil the VMOU eligibility criteria. VMOU Kota has its entrance examination tests for admission to various PG and PhD courses.

VMOU UG Admission 2024

Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University offers admission to several UG courses such as B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BSW, and Bachelor in Journalism. VMOU offers admission to nine undergraduate courses. The duration of the UG courses varies from one to three years.

VMOU PG Admission 2024

VMOU offers admission to several Postgraduate courses in Management and other Science, Commerce and Arts courses. For PG admission in VMOU, candidates must have an excellent academic record alongside scoring the required cutoff marks for VMOU PG admissions in their graduation examinations. 

The duration of PG courses is two years. However, VMOU Kota also offers PG Diploma courses, which last for 1 year.

For instance, to get admission to the PG Diploma in Computer Application, the applicant must have studied Mathematics at the 10+2 level.

VMOU Certificate Course Admission 2024

Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University offers admission to nine certificate courses in subjects like Rajasthani Language and Culture, Awareness of Gandhian Method, Mahatma Gandhi NREGA Mate, Apabhransha Language, Prakrit, Functional English etc. The course duration is 6 months, however, an extension of up to 2 years is available.

VMOU Application Process 2024

VMOU offers various UG, PG, Diploma and PhD courses for eligible candidates. In order to secure a seat in VMOU, students must fulfil the VMOU eligibility and VMOU admission criteria. The selection criteria of VMOU are purely dependent on the candidate's performance in the private VMOU entrance exams conducted in Kota.

• Step 5: Students must fill in the necessary details and register themselves. Once registered, the details would be verified via an OTP on the shared contact number or email.
• Step 6: Once verified, students can log into their VMOU Kota admission accounts.
• Step 7: Upon logging in, candidates can select their desired course and fill in the subsequent information required for that VMOU application form.
• Step 8: Students can scan and upload the required documents and complete the application form fee. 
• Step 9: Keep a printout of the application form and the payment receipt for future reference.

VMOU Selection Process 2024

VMOU selection criteria are based on both merit and the VMOU entrance examinations. Listed below are more details about the VMOU selection process:

• For admission to management programs like MBA and other diploma courses in Management, CAT/MAT/CMAT scores are considered for admission.
• VMOU conducts entrance examinations for PG and PhD admissions at the national level, which is conducted in Kota. Therefore, candidates must get valid scores to be selected for the respective course admission.
• For the MBA course, the VMOU Kota admission process depends on the Management Entrance Test (MET) organised by the Institute or scores obtained in CAT/ MAT/ CMAT or any other recognised test.
• The PhD admission in VMOU is done through the Research Entrance Test, RET. VMOU conducts the entrance test. The candidates applying for VMOU PhD must appear for the RET exam irrespective of GATE/ SET/ NET qualification.
