Admission to various courses of study is open to all students irrespective of caste, creed or race.
An applicant has to apply in the prescribed format filled in his/her own handwriting.
Read carefully the rules and regulations of the College and the instructions given in the prospectus and admission form.
A student admitted to the college is presumed to have agreed to comply with the rules and regulations of the college and University.
The Principal reserves the right to refuse or cancel the admission without assigning any reason.
RULES FOR ADMISSION
Photocopy of the Detailed Marks Card of the qualifying exam passed must be attached to the admission form.
Photocopy of the character certificate from the head of the institution last attended must be attached to the admission form.
Three copies of passport size photograph, one to be affixed on the admission form and two be stapled on the form.
Students coming from the University or Board other than GNDU, Panjab University, Punjabi University or Punjab School Education Board are required to secure Eligibility Certificates from GNDU, Amritsar. Last date of submission of application for getting Eligibility Certificate is 31-08-2016, with late fee for Rs. 500/- upto 31-12-2016 and Rs. 1000/- till 31-03-2016 after which the admission will be treated as cancelled.
A student selected for admission shall be required to deposit college dues in full (of Ist installment) on the day of admission.
A candidate, who has been placed under compartment in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination Part II of the PSEB or any other Board may be allowed to join only the B.A/B.Sc.(Eco.) and B.Com. I class and appear in the examination provisionally subject to his clearing the compartment in September.
Foreign nationals/NRIs must contact the college office before filling in the application form for admission.
A scheduled caste/tribe/backward class/handicapped student is required to attach to the admission form, a certificate to the effect from a competent authority in order to be able to obtain permissible concessions.
Admission of a student is purely provisional, subject to his/her registration with Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
No student shall be admitted to any class even provisionally on the basis of a confidential result card of a Board.
A student can apply within 10 days of the late declaration of the result by the Punjab School Education Board, Centrral Board of Secondary Education & I.C.S.E..
College dues once paid are not refundable.
