Admission Process for MBA

Candidates who possess a valid score in the concerned qualifying exams such as KMAT, MAT, CAT etc. will be called for counseling. 

Admission Process for BE

Candidates who possess a valid score in KCET or Common Entrance Test conducted by Karnataka Religious and Linguistic Minority Professional Colleges Association will be called for counseling. 

Admission Process for MCA

The college will shortlist candidates as per the eligibility criteria and will be called for counseling. 

Admission Process for M.Tech

The College will shortlist candidates as per the eligibility criteria and valid scores in the concerned qualifying exams and they will be called for counseling.

  • The candidate should have completed Graduation with not less than 50% of marks (45% for SC/ST) to apply for The Oxford College of Engineering, Bangalore admission 2019.

  • The candidates should have a valid score in the concerned qualifying exams such as KMAT, MAT, CAT etc.

B.E. (Computer Science and Engineering) / B.E. (Information Science and Engineering) / B.E. (Electronics and Communication Engineering) / B.E. (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) / B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) / B.E. (Bio-Technology) / B.E. (Civil Engineering) / B.E. (Automobile Engineering) / B.E. (Construction Technology Management) / B.E. (Mechatronics) / B.E. (Chemistry) / B.E. (Physics):

Candidates who are willing to take admission should possess the following qualifications:

  • Candidates should have completed the 10+2 level of education with not less than 45% (40% for SC/ST) marks to apply for Oxford College of Engineering admission.

  • Candidates should have studied English/ Physics/ Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the following subjects:

    • Chemistry

    • Biology

    • Biotechnology

    • Computer Science

    • Electronics

  • A candidate should have scored not less than 50% marks in all the subjects at 10+2 level (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC/ Karnataka Students/ Students with mental impairedness such as Dyslexia). 

  • A candidate should be qualified in NATA (National Aptitude Test for Architecture).

Eligibility Criteria and Admission Process

Eligibility criteria were to have completed SSLC, PUC and an average score in CET. Admission procedure included filling application forms with all the personal details, educational details etc. The Entrance examination which I took was CET (Common Entrance Test).However, Management seats are available at an affordable cost. Typical cut-off can be anything but not fail in SSLC and PUC, but in CET, it was necessary to have a cutoff of 25,000th rank or below.

The admission procedure for B.E(Mechanical) in The Oxford College of Engineering, Bangalore is as follows :

The students are admitted to the Oxford College of Engineering on merit, as per the directives of the Government of Karnataka from time to time, both to the Government Quota and the Management Quota.

B.E.
The candidate shall have secured a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks in case of SC/ST candidates) in three subjects of Physics, Mathematics and any one of the following subjects namely, Chemistry, Biology, Bio-technology, Computer Science, Electronics and shall have completed PUC, 10 + 2, or its equivalent with English as one of the languages.

Hii..Jeeva, Admission Procedure for B.Arch in Oxford College of Engineering is as follow, first you check with Eligibility,

  • Pass in 10+2 / Higher Secondary / Pre University / ‘A’ Level (12 years of schooling) or its equivalent with Mathematics as the compulsory subject and obtained a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in all the subjects in qualifying examinations and should compulsorily.
  • appear for NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) conducted by COA at various test centers in India and a get a minimum of 40% in NATA.
