The details are given below for the eligibility criteria for TNOU Bachelor's degree course admission 2024

• For admission to the BA and B.Com, B.Sc and BBA degree courses the candidates need to be pass in 12th (HSC) or equivalent examination or PUC or TNOU BPP or 10+3 Years of Diploma or 11+2 Years TTC or 10 +2 Years ITI.
• For the admission to the BCA course, 10th or 12th (HSC) examination or equivalent or PUC or TNOU BPP or 10th +3 Years Diploma or 11+2 Years TTC or 10+2 Years ITI and for lateral entry candidate must have any Diploma from recognized polytechnic college is required.
• For B.Sc Apparel and Fashion Design, the candidates are required to have a Three Year Diploma in Textile Technology from Polytechnic College (or) TNOU DAFD.
• The BSW and BPA course requires that the admission seeking candidates must have passed their 10+2 examinations from a recognized institution.

TNOU PG Admission Eligibility Criteria

The details are given below for the Tamil Nadu Open University eligibility criteria

• For admission to the MA degree course, the candidates must have a bachelor's degree from any recognized University or Bachelor’s degree in Tamil Under Part -I from any recognized University.
• For admission to the MBA course offered by the institute, the candidates need to pass in Bachelor’s examination in any stream with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
• For admission to the M.Com course candidates must be a Graduate in Commerce/ Business Administration/Corporate Secretaryship/ ACA/ AICWA/ and ACS/ who have studied at least 02 papers in Commerce in their degree program.
• For admission to the M.Sc degree course, the candidates must have passed their Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• For the MCA course, any Bachelor's Degree with a duration of a minimum of 3 (three) years from a recognized University with Mathematics as one of the subjects at +2 level or UG level is required.
• For admission to the MCA Lateral Entry a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Degree / (or) B.Sc., Computer Science / (or) BCA / (or) BE / B.Tech. Computer Science / Computer Engineering from any recognized University is required.
