State Institute of Hotel Management [SIHM], Jodhpur admission started as ‘Food Craft Institute’ in the year 1996 and later became ‘Institute of Hotel Management in 2001. The Institute is situated in the sprawling city of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. IHM was set up by the Dept. of Tourism, Govt. of Rajasthan and is affiliated with the National Council for Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Noida.

Candidates for admission to the program shall be required to have passed the Higher Secondary/ Pre University examinations (10+2) from the state or central board or equivalent examination. The admission notice is issued every year in the month of December or January.
