 St John's Medical College Application Form

  • For registration, students have to click the Online Application Link under the Allied Health Sciences tab on the institutional website.
  • Fill up the popped-up registration form with all the required information. 
  • Click on submit. USER ID (registered email) and PASSWORD will be sent to your registered Email ID & by SMS to your registered mobile number.
  • For submitting the online application form, go to the given link and click on the online application form link under the Allied Health Sciences tab.
  • Enter the registered User ID and password.
  • Completely fill the application form with the correct details.
  • Upload a passport size photo: with a clarity of 150x200 pixels, in JPEG/JPG format and size<340 KB.
  • Mark card of the qualifying examination has to be uploaded. 
  • Make the online payment.
  • After this the candidate can review all the filled in details and edit if required.
  • Download the application form and the payment receipt (application number given in application form).
  • A verification SMS and Email will be sent to the applicant at the registered Email ID / mobile number.
  •  Admissions’ office will check and approve the application form within 1 week. Only after approval, the Hall ticket / Admit card will be made available to the candidate. The candidate is required to email or call the Admissions’ office in in case he / she doesn’t get the hall ticket.
  • Candidate should bring Hall ticket / Admit card for the entrance exam / the interview.

Entrance Examinations Accepted by St John's Medical College

  • Exam Pattern :
    • Subjects  for B.Sc.  and BPT courses : Physics, Chemistry and Biology for regular applicants) 
    • Lateral  entry for  B.Sc and BPT  courses : An exam will be present for candidates in their respective specialty.
    • Subjects  for M.Sc.  MLT courses : Biochemistry, Microbiology & Pathology.
    • Subjects / Topics for MHA and CHCA : English, General knowledge, Reasoning and Basic Healthcare.
  • Mode of  Entrance Exam :
      • For M.Sc. MLT, MHA and CHCA : Computer based exams 
      • For B.Sc and BPT : Paper based exam 
  • Interview: 
      • Conducted immediately after the entrance exam ( For dates refer the admission calender).
      • For B.Sc and BPT : Students will be categorized into Group A and Group B. The categories will be announced in the examination hall. Group A will have an interview on the same day of the entrance exam while Group B candidates will have their interview on the next day.
      • For M.Sc. MLT, MHA and CHCA : Interviews will be held on the same day as the entrance exam.

  • CHCA candidates will only have an interview on the scheduled date, no Entrance test. This is followed by immediate admission. Candidates attending the interview should be ready for fee payment. 

St John's Medical College Application Procedure

  • Students should appear in NEET for MBBS admissions, and Karnataka PGET for admission to the MD / MS courses. 
  • Applicants with a score above the cut-off must appear for counselling.
  • Register by visiting the KEA website.
  • All students of St. John’s Medical College during the KEA document verification should submit an affidavit undertaking to execute a bond to serve for 2 years after graduation in a designated hospital / health centre in a medically underserved area of the country
  • Submission of additional documents prescribed by the institute like caste certificate for seat reservation.
  • Fill up the registration form on the institute’s website, so candidate will be informed in case of any updation.
