Eligibility Criteria for BA

• Candidate should have passed 10+2 examinations from any recognized Board in India.
• Candidates passing 10+2 from Rajasthan should have a minimum aggregate of 48%
• Candidates passing 10+2 from outside Rajasthan should have a minimum aggregate of 50%. 

Eligibility Criteria for B.Com

• Candidate should have passed 10+2 examinations from any recognized Board in India.
• Candidates passing 10+2 from Rajasthan should have a minimum aggregate of 48%
• Candidates passing 10+2 from outside Rajasthan should have a minimum aggregate of 50%.

Eligibility Criteria for BCA

• Candidate should have passed 10+2 examinations from any recognized Board in India.
• Candidates passing 10+2 from Rajasthan should have a minimum aggregate of 50%
• Candidates passing 10+2 from outside Rajasthan should have a minimum aggregate of 52%.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc

• Candidate should have passed 10+2 examinations from any recognized Board in India.
• Candidates passing 10+2 from Rajasthan should have a minimum aggregate of 48%
• Candidates passing 10+2 from outside Rajasthan should have a minimum aggregate of 50%.

Eligibility Criteria for MA

• Candidate should have a graduation and Bachelor's Degree from any recognized University in India.
• Candidates passing from Rajasthan should have a minimum aggregate of 50%
• Candidates passing from outside Rajasthan should have a minimum aggregate of 55%.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc

• Candidate should have a graduation and Bachelor's Degree from any recognized University in India.
• Candidates passing from Rajasthan should have a minimum aggregate of 40%
• Candidates passing from outside Rajasthan should have a minimum aggregate of 55%.

• Candidate can obtain the application from the University Office.
• The application form will be given to students after they pay Cash / Demand Draft for the application processing fee.
• Demand Draft must be drawn in favor of 'The Principal, Sophia Girls College, Ajmer'

Admission Process for Sophia Girls College, [SGC] Ajmer

Admission Process for BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, MA, M.Sc

• The Merit List will be displayed on the Website & College Notice Board.
• Counseling will take place after that.
• Candidates have to attend the counseling to confirm admission.
• The second List will be displayed on the College Notice Board
• The second round of counseling will take place. 
• The last date for payment of fees will be announced.
• Candidates have to pay the first year college fees before that.

Special Reservations

• 5% in Post Graduate Courses is reserved for students with Honours in B.A / B.Com in that particular subject.
• 5% in M.Sc Computer Science is reserved for students graduating from BCA / B.Sc with Computer Science / IT.
• 20% of seats is reserved for students from other faculties.
