Application Process for Diploma in Library and Information Science (DLIS) at Shri Varshney College, Aligarh:

• Candidates are required to fill the application form online.
• Candidates are required to take a printout of the filled application form and send it to the address given on the college Official website.
• Candidates have to pay the application fee while submitting the application form.

Step 2: The home page of the official website looks as follows.

Step 3: Candidates can fill the Online Application form from the Official Website or can purchase directly from the office by paying INR 100.

Step 4: Candidates must affix the recent passport sized photograph and must fill the Application form with the following details:

• The candidate has to fill in his/her personal details.
• The candidate has to fill details about his/her Educational background.
• The candidate has to fill in details about the preferred course, etc.

Step 5: Candidates are requested to check the details entered are correct before submitting the Application form.

Step 6: The filled application form must be sent by post along with the required documents and DD for INR 130 to the address given below.

• Once the admission form is accepted by the college, the candidate will be provided with the examination dates.
• Examination dates will be displayed on the official website.
• After the completion of the entrance exam, the results will be updated on the official website.
• Rank list will be displayed on the official website based on merit scored in the entrance exam.
• After the results of the candidate were announced, they had to attend the counseling process at the college.
• If the candidate is qualified then they have to come for document verification.
• Verification is not permissible in absence of the candidate.
• After the document verification process, the candidate must attend the personal interview.
• After the Personal Interview, candidates have to pay the course fee.
• After the fee payment, candidates will be enrolled in the College.

• The candidate must have passed [10+2] or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology as mandatory subjects from a recognized institute.
