Application Form

  • Application Process has done through online basis by visiting the home page of Shri Guru Ram Rai PG College official website.

  • Then click on "REGISTER HERE" link to get the Registration Form.

  • Then enter your valid Mobile Number, AAdhar Card Number, Password and click on "REGISTER ME" button.

  • You will receive an OTP(One Time Password) in your mobile Number,  click on "Verify OTP" button.

  • Once verifying your OTP, fill up the form with valid information and personal details.

  • Submit your form to take admission in any eligible courses.

  • Click on "Apply For Admission" link, select your course, enter your Qualifying Examination marks, fill other information and then submit it.

  • After submitting the form make sure that you have a print out of Application Form. 

Important Notes:

  • Student Admission can be cancelled if incorrect information is found or concealed certain facts.

  • All the necessary Document should be in .jpg format while submitting through online mode.

  • Candidates Photo and Signature should not be greater than 50KB.

  • Candidates Qualifying Examination Marksheet, Caste Certificate, and other Document need to be within 500KB while uploading.

  • Once the Merit Registration Submitted, the Candidate Photo, Sign can't be modified.

Admission to B.A. Part-I / B.Sc. Part-I / B.Sc. Agriculture Part-I / B.Sc. Horticulture Part-I shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examinations. Admission to M.A./M.Sc./PGD Mass Communication shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in graduation.

For admission to M.A./M.Sc., Semester I, Submit attested copies of marksheet of B.A./B.Sc. Part I, Part II & Part III, otherwise Application/Admission form will be rejected.

Application for admission, complete in all respects, should accompany the following :

  • Original Character Certificate from Principal of the Institution last attended.
  • Attested copies of mark-sheet of the examinations passed.
