• The candidate should have passed 10+2 Examination in Science stream with Physics & Mathematics as mandatory subjects to apply for SUIIT admission 2024.

• The candidate should have appeared in and have a valid score in JEE-Main/ OJEE Entrance Examination.

• The candidate who has not appeared for JEE-Main/ OJEE Entrance Examination should have secured 50% mark in 10+2 examination with Physics & Mathematics as mandatory subjects.

The admission process is based on marks secured in JEE-Main/ OJEE Entrance Examination.

Or

The admission process will be based on merit in the previous qualifying examination. 

The candidate should have passed B.Sc {Hons.} in CS, Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, Statistics or Information Technology with 50% marks to apply for SUIIT admission.

Or

The candidate should have passed B.Sc with 50% marks having one of the following subjects as Core- CS, Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, Statistics or Information Technology and had Mathematics at 10+2 level

Or

In order to get admission in Sambalpur University Institute of Information Technology, the candidate should have passed BCA with 50% marks having Mathematics as a mandatory subject at 10+2 level and had one of the following subjects- CS, Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, Statistics or Information Technology.

Or

The candidate should have passed BCA with 50% marks with Mathematics as a mandatory subject at BCA level to apply for SUIIT admission.

Or

In order to get admission in Sambalpur University Institute of Information Technology, the candidate should have passed BE/ B.Tech in any discipline with 50% marks.

The admission process will be based on OJEE/ University Entrance Examination.

M.Sc [Electronics]:

The candidate should have passed B.Sc {Hons.} in Physics/ Electronics/ Computer Science with Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Electronics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science as mandatory subjects to apply for SUIIT admission.

Or

The candidate should have passed B.Sc in Electronics/ Information Technology/ BE/ B.Tech in Electronics/ Information Technology/ Electrical Engineering and Allied subjects with 45% marks

Or

The candidate should have passed in Science Graduate with minimum 45% marks and having any two subjects to apply for SUIIT admission.

M.Sc [Bioinformatics]:

In order to get admission in Sambalpur University Institute of Information Technology, the candidate should have passed any Science/ Engineering/ Medical or Allied Science Graduate passed as a regular student with minimum 45% marks.

M.Tech [Computer Science Engineering]:

The candidate should have passed BE/ B.Tech Computer Science and allied subjects with 55% mark or equivalent to apply for SUIIT admission 2024.

Or

The candidate should have passed M.Sc in Mathematics/ Physics/ Statistics/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ IT with 55% mark or equivalent.

Or

The candidate should have passed MCA with 55% mark and equivalent with Mathematics at 10+2 Level.

M.Tech [Communication System Engineering]:

The candidate should have passed BE/ B.Tech Electronics and allied subjects with 55% marks or equivalent to apply for SUIIT admission.

Or

The candidate should have passed M.Sc Electronics with 55% marks or equivalent from a recognized University.

M.Sc/ M.Tech:

• The admission process will be based on marks secured in Written Test and Viva-Voice conducted by the University.

• The weightage of marks given to each section are Written Test- 50% Career Marks- 30% Viva Voice- 20%

Online Process:

• The application form is available online on the Official Website of Sambalpur University Institute of Information Technology.

• The candidate should Register with the basic details to fill the application form and an OTP will be sent to the registered Mobile Number.

• The existing candidates can Log in with Email Id and Password to fill the application form.

• Fill the Application Form with Personal Information, Academic History, Course Options & Payment, Photo Upload, and Final Submission.

• Upload scanned copies of Passport Size Photograph (132*170 of 50KB), Signature (132*60 of 30KB) and relevant documents.

• Pay the application fees of Rs.500/- through Debit/ Credit Card or Net Banking.

• If the candidate could not upload and pay the Application fees online they can download the Application Form and follow the Offline Process listed below.

Offline Process:

• The application form is available Online on the Official Website of Uttaranchal University, Dehradun.

• Download the Application Form and take a Printout of the Form.

• Fill the Application Form with the Personal, Academic, Graduation and other necessary details and attach the relevant documents as listed below: 

  • 10+2 Marksheet.

  • Graduation Marksheet.

  • Transfer Certificate.

  • Conduct Certificate.

  • Migration Certificate.

  • Entrance Examination Scorecards.

• Pay the application fees of Rs.500/- through Cash/ Demand Draft in favor of 'Sambalpur University Institute of Information Technology', payable at Orissa.
