• Click on proceed next to form submission.

• Enter the registration number and mobile no. An OTP will be received on your mobile phone.

• After successful login, candidates will be redirected to form submission page.

• Enter all the qualification details on this page.

• Upload the documents in the acceptable format that is : *.jpg, *.gif, *.png within the size of 50KB.

• Enter the address details.

• Verify the details and Press the Submitted button.

• After successful submission of application form and applicants can take a printout.
