Eligibility Criteria for Master of Science [M.Sc] (Botany):

  • Applicants seeking admission looking for admission should have graduation degree in B.Sc. (Honours) or B.Sc. from recognised university with 50% aggregate marks.
  • Marks secured by the SC/ST/OBC category applicants seeking admission will be as per the government norms.
  • Applicants seeking admission who have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics in Science Stream are also eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criteria for Master of Science [M.Sc] (Biochemistry):

  • Applicants seeking admission should pass B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry from the recognised board with aggregate 50% aggregate marks.
  • Those applicants seeking admission are also eligible who have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects in B.Sc. (Honours).
  • Applicants seeking admission must have studied Mathematics at 10+2 level from recognised board.
  • Applicants seeking admission applying for admission should pass Physics and Mathematics at the qualifying examination.

Eligibility Criteria for Master of Science [M.Sc] (Microbiology):

  • Applicants seeking admission must have passed graduation in B.Sc. with Life Sciences/Microbiology as subjects from the recognised university with 50% aggregate marks.
  • Applicants seeking admission who have studied B.Sc. with at least one subject of Biological sciences or BAMS or MBBS or BHMS or BPT or B.Pharm. from the recognised university are also eligible to apply.
  • Applicants seeking admission also have studied Physics, Chemistry, Zoology or Botany in Bachelor’s degree as well as HSC board examination.

Eligibility Criteria for Master of Science [M.Sc] (Chemistry):

  • Applicants seeking admission should possess Graduation degree in B.Sc. Chemistry from recognised University.
  • Applicants seeking admission belong to General Category must secure 55% aggregate marks and SC/ST candidates must obtain 50% aggregate marks in concerned subjects.
  • Applicants seeking admission should study Chemistry with Mathematics and Physics as pass subjects.

Eligibility Criteria for Master of Science [M.Sc] (Mathematics):

  • Applicants seeking admission should have passed Graduation degree in B.Sc. from the recognised university with 45% aggregate marks.

Eligibility Criteria for Master of Science [M.Sc] (Computer Science):

  • Applicants seeking admission looking for admission must possess Graduation degree in B.Sc. Computer Science or in BCA from the recognised university with 50% aggregate marks.

Eligibility Criteria for Master of Laws [L.L.M.]:

  • Applicants seeking admission looking for admission must possess Graduation degree in LLB or BL from a recognised university with 55% aggregate marks under 10+2+5 pattern.
  • Reserved categories i.e. SC/ST/Persons with disabilities must have scored aggregate 50% aggregate marks to apply for admission.
  • There is no age restriction for admission to the Master’s degree of Law.
  • Applicants seeking admission should clear the CLAT i.e. “Common Law Admission Test “entrance test to apply for admission.

Eligibility Criteria for Master of Physical Education [M.P.Ed]:

  • Applicants seeking admission must have passed Graduation degree in B.P.Ed. or B.P.E or B.Sc. in Health and Physical Education and degree in Sports from a recognised university with 50% aggregate marks as per NCTE norms.
  • 5% relaxation in marks will be given to SC/ST/OBC category candidates.

  • Applicants seeking admission looking for admissions must have done Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognised University with 45% aggregate marks.
  • Applicants seeking admission should possess graduation degree from reputed University in any of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Microbiology or Fine Arts or Architecture.

Eligibility Criteria for Master of Library and Information Science [M.Lib.I.Sc]:

  • Applicants seeking admission must possess B.Lib.I.Sc. Graduation degree from the recognised University with 50% aggregate marks.
  • Applicants seeking admission applying for admission must have passed Graduation in Information Science / Library Science / Information Science or equivalent from reputed university.

Duration: 1 Year


Notes:

  • Applicants seeking admission must be an Indian citizen and their age should be around 18 to 24 years.
  • Applicants seeking admission who have passed graduation degree from distance education mode can also apply for admission.
  • Seats are reserved for the backward classes with relaxation in admission criteria.

Application process for M.Sc , MA & M.P.Ed:

 Applicant seeking admission are advised to go through the departmental information and admission rules on university website before start filling the application form:

  • Applicants seeking admission can register for any of the course by filling separate application forms.
  • Application form can be obtained and submit online through the university website “www.rdunijbpin.nic.in”
  • Fees of online submission of application form through merit mode is Rs. 330/-.
  • If information filled by the applicant is incomplete or incorrect then the application form filled by the applicant seeking admission will be rejected.

Applicants seeking admission should follow the steps mentioned below for filling up the online admission form:

  • For admission, applicants seeking admission can click on the MPOnline link “https:// www.mponline.gov.in/Portal/ Services/ RDVV/RDVVindex.aspx”
  • Applicants seeking admission should select the services and fill the admission form of merit mode.
  • Photocopies of the enclosures should be submitted to the department for verification before the last date of application submission.
  • After that, the applicants seeking admission should fill the application form and upload it.

Admission Process for M.Sc , MA & M.P.Ed:

  • Applicants seeking admission must be selected according to the rank secured by them in the merit list of qualifying examination conducted by the university.
  • AAPHER is the physical fitness and qualifying examination test conducted by the university.
  • It is abbreviated for “American Association for Health, Physical Education, and Recreation”.
  • Shortlisted applicants seeking admission will be called for admission along with the required documents but if the applicant fails to come on the specific date then their admission would be delayed.
