Admission to the postgraduate courses is open to anyone who completed their undergraduate education. The applicant is required to appear for entrance exams such as GATE/ GPAT/ CAT/ MAT to secure admission.

Applicants seeking admission to the UG/PG programs at Meerut Institute Institute of Engineering and Technology must use the online application. Admission is granted through counseling of various common entrance exams. The admission fee for various programmes will be based on MIET fee structure.

• 2 attested copy of valid GATE/ GPAT/ CAT/ MAT scorecard
• Fee receipts of counseling fee, confirmation fee, and fee deposited at MIET
• 3 attested photocopies of marks sheet and certificate of 10th standard
• 3 attested photocopies of mark sheet and certificate of 12th standard
• 3 attested photocopies of mark sheet of Diploma/ B.sc (for lateral entry)
• 3 attested mark sheet of graduation (for admission in a postgraduate course)
• 3 attested mark sheet of postgraduation (For M.Tech/ M.Pharm only)
• Original Character Certificate
• Original Transfer Certificate (Only for UP board students) and 2 photocopies
• Original Migration Certificate (For CBSE/ ICSE/ other than UP board/ university) and 2 photocopies
• Attested copy of Domicile Certificate (For candidates other than UP state) and 3 photocopies
• Attested copy of Caste/ Category (For OBC/ SC/ ST and minority only) and 3 photocopies
• Income Certificate from tehsil with verification on the website and 3 photocopies
