NAAC Bangalore accredited the College at “A” grade with CGPA 3.03, on December 10, 2014. College is now striving to get the status of the “College with Potential for Excellence” by UGC. The institute has a Junior College wing offering intermediate [+2] courses in Arts, Commerce and Science streams, as well as a number of interesting certificate courses. In addition to the traditional B.A, B.Com and B.Sc courses the college also started a wide range of contemporary subject courses in their UG program. K. M. Agrawal College of Arts, Commerce and Science also has PG courses for higher studies across all three streams in addition to a PhD centre which offers Physics, Economics and Commerce curriculum.

- 50% seats reserved for Hindi Linguistic Minority
- Admission is purely on Merit basis.
- Candidates must have completed their S.S.C. examination with minimum marks required to qualify.
- A student who has passed the equivalent examination other than conducted by the Maharashtra Board will be given provisional admission. Admission will be confirmed only on production of the Eligibility Certificate which can be sought from the Divisional Secretary, Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education, Mumbai.
- Admission fee is INR 300 across the board.

Students must have qualified HSC Board examination in the relevant stream.
Additionally, there are some specialization-specific criteria that must be met to be eligible for admission to any of the self-financed courses. They are as follows-

- Students seeking admission to FY will have to submit Original Marksheet and Leaving Certificate of XII along with four attested copies of each.
- Students migrating to University of Mumbai from any other Universities need to obtain a No-Objection Certificate from the previous institution.
- Students migrating from other universities must also obtain Eligibility certificate issued by University of Mumbai, Kalina Campus.
- 50% seats reserved for Hindi Linguistic Minority
- The Enrollment fee is roughly INR 400.
Total fees per year may vary between INR 5000-7000 per year for Aided Courses and
