Application Process- JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad

  • The candidate needs to fill the application form for the state entrance tests conducted by the state and submit it after that they need to appear for the exam.

  • The candidates get the results and after that, they can apply for the admission in the college through the college website registration process.

  • The candidate needs to go to the college website and register for the admission process and then the college contacts them for the further selection process and counselling process through the Emails.

Admission Process for B.Tech

  • The admission at JNTU College of Engineering to all the B.Tech programmes is made on the basis of rank scored in Engineering, Agriculture, and Medicine common entrance test(EAMCET) conducted by Telengana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad. 

  • The three-year diploma holders, with Engineering Common Entrance Test(ECET) ranking, are eligible for the admission into B.Tech Programmes.

  • The College releases the admission notification and application form which has to be bought from the University or downloaded from the college website which the candidate needs to fill with the application fees submitted in the form of the demand draft or online payment.

  • The candidate fills the application form for the Entrance exam and appears for the exam and wait for the results. Once the results are out the candidate applies for the admission to the college via the application form and submits it.

  • The college creates the list of the selected candidates according to the eligibility criteria and the test score and the further counseling process is done on the declared date by the college. 

Admission Process for Other Courses.

Admission Process- JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad

  • Admissions to regular M.Tech. / M.Pharmacy / MBA & MCA programmes in constituent colleges/Units of the University are based on GATE / AP-PGECET  /GPAT /ICET ranking respectively conducted by Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad.

    Admission to M.Tech. / M. Pharmacy /M.C.A. Programmes is divided into three categories:
    • Regular Stream: - AICTE Scholarship / Stipend will be provided to the GATE qualified candidates.

    • Sponsored Category: - The candidates must have two years of work experience and must be sponsored by the organization, where he/she is working presently.

    • Non-sponsored (self-supporting):- Preference will be given for GATE and PGECET qualified candidates under non-sponsored category; however, they are not eligible for Scholarship.
  • Admission to regular M.Sc programmes will be made on the basis of performance in the Entrance Examination conducted by JNT University Hyderabad.

  • Admission to Part-time M.Tech. / M.Sc. / M.B.A. / PGDNT Programmes will be made on the basis of performance in the Entrance Examination conducted by JNT University Hyderabad. Candidates employed on a regular service basis in and around Hyderabad and having an experience of at least one year after acquiring the prescribed qualification, are only eligible to apply for the course in 2019.

I submitted my documents to JNTU Hyderabad for getting admission in Petroleum engineering by intermediate school certificate and they sent me an admission letter. There was no any entrance examination for the Admission process.

  Admission to Four Year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) Programmes is based on TS EAMCET counseling conducted by the Convener, Admissions, TS EAMCET.
  
   
  Admission to Five Year Integrated Dual Degree Programme (IDP) leading to B.Tech.+M.Tech./MBA is based on TS EAMCET counseling conducted by the Convener, Admissions, TS EAMCET.
  
   
  Admission to Two Year Master of Technology (M.Tech.) Regular Programmes is based on GATE / TS PGECET counseling conducted by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Masab Tank, Hyderabad.
   
Admission to Three Year Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme is based on TS ICET counseling conducted by the Convener, Admissions, TS ICET.
