Admission Process for B.Tech

B. Tech Food Technology:

  • The Selection will be based on merit in Paper-1 of JEE (Main) / NEET, conducted by CBSE.

  • The applicants who have a Non-NEET / Non-JEE credentials can also apply for Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi admissions 2019.

  • In case of non-availability of a sufficient number of applicants with above-mentioned qualification, University has the right to admit candidates on the basis of merit of qualifying examination or the merit of internal test and/or Interview conducted by Jamia Hamdard which will be announced separately, if the situation arises.

  • The applicants appealed the Non-JEE / Non-NEET candidates may also apply.

  • However, JEE / NEET candidates will be preferred for the selection and admissions procedure.

  • Subject to availability of vacant seats, non-JEE / non-NEET applicants may be considered on the basis of merit in qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Maths / Biology.

Admission Process for B.Pharm


Admission process -  Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi 

B.Pharm :

  • The Selection for the admission procedure will be based on merit in NEET /Paper-1 of JEE (Main) conducted by CBSE.

  • The applicants with Non-NEET/ non-JEE credentials may also apply for the admission procedure, however, NEET /JEE candidates will be preferred.

  • The applicants with Non-NEET/ non-JEE applicants may be considered only if a suitable number of NEET /JEE candidates are not available, or there is a delay in NEET/JEE result.

  • Allocation of seats for NEET/JEE candidates will depend upon the number of applications received under a category (NEET/JEE or PCB/PCM) for Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi admissions 2019.

B.Pharm II Year (Lateral entry) :

  • Admission to B.Pharm II Year will be made on the basis of merit which will be determined by marks obtained by the applicants in B.Pharm.

  • The applicants have to submit the result of the B.Pharm, preferably on or before the last date of submission of the application form or as notified by the University.

The applicants will be selected on the basis of merit through NEET Entrance Exam which is conducted by CBSE for MBBS programme for Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi admissions.

B.Sc (Emergency & Trauma Care Techniques):

The applicants should be given admissions on the basis of merit through NEET 2019 conducted by CBSE for MBBS programme.

Admission Process for B.Sc {Hons.}

Admission process - Jamia Hamdard University, New DelhiBSc (Hons) Nursing:

  • The Selection of the applicants will be made on the basis of merit through NEET rank conducted by CBSE.

  • Among the candidates, applied for admission to B.Sc (Hons) Nursing (General and SFS) Degree Course in Jamia Hamdard through Online Jamia Hamdard application Form.

  • The applicants having a credential of Non-NEET can also apply for the esteemed University/College also apply for Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi Admissions 2019.

  • Although NEET 2019 candidates will be preferred, non-NEET applicants may be considered on the basis of merit in qualifying examination.

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing:

  • The applicants for the Post Basic B.Sc Nursing programme shall have to appear in the Entrance Test conducted by Jamia Hamdard.

  • The questions will be based on DGNM syllabus as per INC which will be as per the syllabus mentioned in the official website of the esteemed university.

Admission Process for MBBS


Admission process - Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi

  • Candidates shall be admitted to the first year of MBBS course only if she/he has passed d qualifying examination :

  • The Higher Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years study, with compulsory subjects inclusion of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics.

  • The applicants must have passed the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the qualifying examination for Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi Admissions 2019

Entrance Exams to be qualified :

  • The qualification for admission to the MBBS program in the esteemed HIMSR shall be based strictly on basis of All India overall rank obtained in the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education in accordance with the standardised format of the course.

Admission Process for M.Pharm

  • The admission for the applicants to the M.Pharm programme will be made on the basis of GPAT score.

  • The Admission under the NRI / Sponsored category candidates admission will be made on the basis of GPAT-2019 Score if available & B.Pharm percentage.

Admission Process for MPT

  • The applicants have to qualify the Entrance Test which will be conducted by the esteemed university/college for Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi admissions 2019.

  • The question paper for the entrance exams will comprise of questions on basic sciences and physiotherapy subjects taught at BPT level.

Master of Science [M.Sc]:

  • The admissions will be conducted purely on the basis of Merit and the aggregated marks of the entrance exams conducted for filtration purpose.

Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm):

  • Admission to D.Pharm programme shall be made through merit in qualifying examination (10+2 PCB/PCM).

  • In addition to the basic criteria, the applicants should appear in NEET (UG) Entrance Exam which is conducted by CBSE.

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing :

  • The applicants should be having a credential of DGNM qualification from Nursing School/College recognized by Indian Nursing Council.

  • The applicants should be Registered as RN (Registered Nurse) and RM (Registered Midwife) under State Nursing Council for reducing the further complications.

  • The applicants should be able to communicate in English which will be an add-on for the applicants.

  • Candidate should be medically fit.

Eligibility Criteria for MBBS

  • The applicants should have an age limit of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS Course.

  • There is no upper age limit for NEET Entrance Exam as per Supreme Court’s directive, to get Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi admissions 2019.

  • In the case of issuance of any new guideline made and submitted by the esteemed CBSE-NEET in the concerned matter, the same will be followed by HIMSR, Jamia Hamdard for admission to MBBS course.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Pharm

  • The applicants should qualify B.Pharm / B.Pharm (Unani) examination or any other examination recognized by Jamia Hamdard or an institution recognized by Jamia Hamdard and AICTE, securing at least 55% marks in the aggregate of theory papers and practicals.

  • The applicants should appear in GPAT Entrance Exam.

  • Preference will be given to GPAT qualified candidates in terms of admission and selection process.

Eligibility Criteria for MPT

  • The applicant should have a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree from an institution recognized by Jamia Hamdard or university/ institute approved by the UGC, securing at least 50% marks in the aggregate.

  • The BPT course should be recognized by Delhi Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy for the smooth verification process.

  • The Candidates who have obtained a degree in BPT from the distant mode of education are not eligible for Post Graduate courses in Physiotherapy.

  • The applicants should have appeared in the Entrance Test conducted by Jamia Hamdard for the merit marks distribution for Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi admissions 2019.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc

M.Sc Medical Microbiology :

  • The applicants should pass Bachelor degree (Life sciences) / MBBS / BDS / BPT with at least 55% marks in aggregate.

  • The applicants having MBBS will be directly admitted to 2nd year of three years M.Sc for Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi admissions 2019.

M.Sc Medical Physiology :

  • The applicants should qualify the MBBS or a degree course in Allied Medical Sciences with Human Physiology as a major subject from a recognized university with at least 55% marks in aggregate.

  • Applicants having MBBS degree will be directly admitted to 2nd year of three years M.Sc.

M.Sc Medical Biochemistry :

  • The applicants should have a degree in B.Sc in Biological Sciences with a minimum of 55% marks.

  • Candidates with MBBS / BUMS / B.Pharm will also be eligible for admission to this programme.

M.Sc Medical Anatomy/ M.Sc. Medical Pharmacology :

The applicants should have a 55% marks in Bachelor degree in MBBS, BDS, B.Sc. Physiology and Rehab, Paramedical Sciences, B.Pharm, BUMS, B.Sc Nutrition, B.Sc Life Sciences, B.Sc (Hon.) Zoology with Chemistry as one of the subsidiary subject as eligibility criteria.

M.Sc. (Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology):

The applicants should have to Pass the B.Sc Medical Imaging Technology with at least 55% marks.

Eligibility Criteria for Other Courses.

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) / Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) :

Instructions to fill up the Online Application Form Please be ready with the following:

I. A scanned copy of your passport size photograph

II. Required information/document to pay the application processing fee (Fee can be paid by Net Banking / Debit card /Credit card)

III. Your e-mail ID and Cell phone/contact number

Now proceed as follows

Jamia Hamdard MBBS 2016: Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Jamia Hamdard Deemed University has decided to accept AIPMT 2016 scores for providing admissions to 100 MBBS seats in the university. Hence, the university will not conduct any entrance exam for admissions to undergraduate medical programme.  Among the 100 MBBS seats; 42 seats are for unreserved category, 43 seats are for Muslim candidates and 15 seats are reserved under management category.
Candidates must note that admissions to Jamia Hamdard MBBS 2016 will be made strictly on the basis of AIPMT 2016 result. Candidates who will appear for AIPMT 2016 and fill Jamia Hamdard MBBS 2016 application forms will only be eligible for admissions in the MBBS programme of Jamia Hamdard University.

Jamia Hamdard MBBS 2016 Eligibility Criteria: Candidates who wish to apply for Jamia Hamdard MBBS 2016 admissions can check below for the eligibility criteria:

Jamia Hamdard MBBS 2016 Merit List: The merit list of Jamia Hamdard MBBS 2016 will be released between June 13 to 20, 2016 by the Jamia Hamdard University. The merit list will consist of candidate’s score in AIPMT 2016, merit rank, counselling date and venue. Candidates who will be qualified as per the Jamia Hamdard MBBS 2016 merit list will have to present at the allotted date and time for the counselling procedure. Candidates who will not be present during the allotted time for counselling will lose their claim for admission.

 

Jamia Hamdard MBBS 2016 Counselling: The counselling of Jamia Hamdard MBBS 2016 will be held in the month of August, 2016 in an offline mode. Candidates whose names will be listed in the merit list have to appear in the counselling procedure. This must be noted that candidates who will not participate in the first round of counselling will not be allowed to participate in the subsequent rounds.
