Admission Process for MBA

  • For MBA program in Jain University, Bangalore the method of selection is usually through Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

  • But the institution can conduct extra tests for the same.

  • The list of shortlisted candidates is prepared based on the scores obtained in CAT / MAT / XAT / ATMA / CMAT / GMAT or JET.

General Requirement for Undergraduate Admissions 2019

  • Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent from any recognized Central or State Board can apply for Jain University admissions 2019.

  • By equivalent, it means students who have relevant or related subjects and streams as one of the subjects of study.

  • The method of selection is usually on a merit basis that is based on the performance in the qualifying exam.

  • However, for some programs, the selection is based on entrance tests as well.

General Requirement for Postgraduate Admissions 2019

  • Candidates who have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in any relative or relevant subjects in any degree are eligible to apply can apply for Jain University admissions.

  • The method of selection is usually a personal interview but for some courses, it is done through entrance exams.

It is in MCQ format. In the group discussion, topics of current affairs will be discussed. I've taken Bsc Animation at Jain University, the eligibility criteria was about 65% aggregate. There were Entrance exam know as JET to apply for the course. It had one written test and a general interview to check the students capability. For our course (Bsc Animation) they mainly checked for the communication skills in us. As we passed onward the entrance exam, the college made the admission process user friendly and comfortable. In overall, the college is very good under the management section.

Scholarship Application Process:

  • Scholarship applicants can obtain Scholarship Application form from Jain University Admissions Office
  • A student may apply for a scholarship in any ONE of the scholarship categories listed. No student may hold more than ONE scholarship
  • Duly filled scholarship application form should be submitted at the Jain University Admissions Office
  • Consideration will be given to applications that meet the eligibility criteria for each scholarship category provided the application is received before the specified deadline
  • Applications for Academic Achievement Scholarships received after the deadline will not be considered
  • Applications will be ranked on the basis of the merit

Scholarship Selection Process:

All applications received under academics, sports, literary, music & dance, specially challenged, community service categories will be scrutinized and presented to the University Scholarship Committee. Selected students will receive a Scholarship Offer Letter along with a Scholarship Acceptance Form.
Students must accept or decline their scholarship within the time frame indicated on the Scholarship Acceptance Form. Failure to do so will render the scholarship offer invalid and the scholarship will no longer be available.

Scholarship Distribution Process:

After a student accepts his / her scholarship offer, the Jain University Scholarship Committee will intimate the date, time and venue of awarding the scholarship.
