ICFAI University Admission 2024

Each of the programmes of the University were ranked impressively in the India Today “Best Colleges Ranking 2020”. The University includes faculties such as School of Management Studies, School of Information Technology, School of Law and School of Humanities & Sciences. Together, these constituents of the university provide undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. ICFAI University, Gangtok offers courses in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Culinary Arts, Travel and Tourism among many others. The university has an involving pedagogy which includes interactive techniques of teaching, internship programmes, seminars and guest lectures to ensure students have access to more and better quality knowledge.

At the undergraduate level, the university offers courses such as B.Com Hons, BCA, BA, BHM, BTTM and M.Sc Culinary Arts [M.Sc CA]. There are two Integrated Law programs of 5-year duration: BA+LLB, BBA+LLB. The BBA and LLB courses have specializations under them. Details of the same are given below-

ICFAI University UG Admission- Eligibility

Admission to the undergraduate courses is on the basis of Merit for most subjects.students in the final year of their 10+2 study, can avail provisional admission. Eligibility criteria is as given below-

BBA	Pass in 10+2 with aggregate of 50% andabove (any discipline).
B.Sc CA	Pass in 10+2 (any discipline) withaggregate marks 50% and above.
BHM	Pass in 10+2 with aggregate marks 50%and above (any discipline).
BTTM	Pass in 10+2 with aggregate marks50% and above (any discipline).
LLB,BA+LLB,BBA+LLB	Pass in 10+2 (any discipline) with 50% and above aggregate marks. Scores of Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), Law School Admission Test (LSAT) and the ICFAI Law School Admission Test (ILSAT 2020) will be given preference
BCA	Pass in 10+2 (any discipline) from a recognized board with aggregate marks 50% and above. Students who have studied IT, Mathematics or Commerce as a subject in 10+2 level will have an added advantage.
BA Hons.	Pass in 10+2 (any discipline) from a recognized board with aggregate marks 50% and above. Final year students awaiting results can also apply. Students who have studied Economics as a subject in 10+2 level will be an added advantage.

Extensions of most courses offered at the undergraduate level are available for postgraduate study. MBA, MA, M.Com, MCA and MTTM are the five courses offered by the institute. The Hotel Management programme of the university has been ranked 27th in the all-India ranking of colleges by India Today. Details regarding the postgraduate level programmes are given below-

ICFAI University PG Admission- Eligibility

Admission to most courses is by merit. However in some cases, candidates with valid corresponding entrance test scores will be given prefernce at the time of selection. Following are the details-

M.Com	Graduate in Commerce with 50% and above aggregate marks. Provisional admission to students in their final year.
MBA	Pass in Graduation in any discipline with 50% and above aggregate marks Final Year students awaiting results can also apply. Scores of MAT & ATMA will be an added advantage.
MTTM	Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks. Students qualifying Bachelor degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM) with minimum aggregate of 50% and above will be an added advantage. Final year students awaiting results can also apply
MCA	Graduate with any discipline with 50% and above aggregate marks. Students who have studied Mathematics or Statistics at 10+2 or graduation level will have an added advantage. Final year students awaiting results can also apply.
MA (Economics, Political Science, English)	Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with aggregate marks 50% and above. Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject will be an added advantage.

Candidates may view the Admission Guidelines and then click on the Online Admissions button.
In the Application Form, select the appropriate course.
Fill in personal details, previous education information, test scores and other information asked.
Select the preferred mode of payment (Online or Offline).
An initial non-refundable admission fee of INR 3,000/- is to be paid for registration.
