The ICFAI University, Aizawl was established under the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Mizoram Act 2006 (Act No.4 of 2006) passed by the Legislative Assembly of Mizoram. The university ensures their role in providing quality education is met with the best trained faculty and interactive teaching methods. It has a 17.28 acres campus, a well-stocked library, computer facilities as well as BHTM practical rooms and an English lab for effective language training.

ICFAI University, Aizawl Admission 2024

The ICFAI University, Mizoram is a Member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities, London and Member of the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi. The University includes faculties such as Management Studies, Humanities & Sciences. Together, these constituents of the university provide undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. ICFAI University, Aizawl offers courses in Business Administration, Political Science, Economics, Hospitality and Tourism, Geography, Computer Application, Commerce and English among many others. The university has an involving pedagogy which includes interactive techniques of teaching, internship programmes, seminars and guest lectures to ensure students have access to more and better quality knowledge.

ICFAI University Distance Learning Admission 2024

The Distance Learning Branch of the university offers three courses- BBA, BCA at the undergraduate level, and MBA at the postgraduate level.
Duration of the UG courses is 6 semesters and can be extended for up to 6 years.
MBA is a 4 semester course and can be extended for up to 4 years.

An admission fee of INR 3,000/- is applicable to the undergraduate courses, and INR 5,000/- for the MBA programme. Eligibility details are as given below-

At the undergraduate level, the university offers courses such as B.Com, BCA, BA Hons, BBA, BBA (Hospitality & Tourism). The BBA course has two variants- Regular and one specializing in Hospitality and Tourism. The BA Hons. degree can be pursued majoring in any of three specializations- English, Political Science and Geography. Details of the same are given below-

Admission to the undergraduate courses is on the basis of Merit for most subjects. Students in the final year of their 10+2 study, can avail provisional admission. Duration of each of these courses is 3 years.
After admission is confirmed, candidates will have to make the payment of INR 5,000/-.

Extensions of most courses offered at the undergraduate level are available for postgraduate study. MBA, MA, M.Com, MSW and M.Sc are the five courses offered by the institute. 8 specializations are offered under the MBA course, they are- Marketing, Banking, Micro-finance, HRM, IT & Systems, Insurance, Investment, Accounting. Students pursuing MA can do so in either of the following subject options- English, Political Science, Economics, History, Education, Mizo & Cultural Studies.

Admission to the courses is decided on the basis of merit.
After admission is confirmed, candidates will have to make the payment of an Admission fee. This is INR 10,000/- for MBA, and INR 5,000/- for all other courses

Candidates can apply for admission through online mode. To do this, visit the official website of the university.

• Click on Menu >> Admissions Tab and select the option- “Apply Online” to navigate to the Online Registration Page of ICFAI University, Aizawl.
• In the Application Form, select the appropriate course.
• Fill in personal details, previous education information, test scores and other information asked.
• Upload necessary documents as proofs.
  Candidates are required to upload a colour scanned copy of their recent photograph.
• Candidates applying online are required to pay a fee of INR 300/- as Online Registration Fee.
  This can be done through Credit/Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard/Citibank Card) or Internet banking option.
• Sign the declaration and submit form.
