Application for admission should be made in the application form available at the official Admissions website of Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration website only.

Select among Admission to Undergraduate Courses/ Admission to Postgraduate Courses/ Admission to MBA Course.
Click on the relevant link.
Fill in the details in the Application Form and submit.
The Application Fee can be paid online or directly at the College.
The Print out of the Application form can be taken.
The payment status can also be checked on the website.
Forms which are not properly filled in or submitted with false information will be canceled.
A Provisional merit list is released on the College Admissions website.
The candidates whose names are not on the list are required to report to the College with all the documents within the given dates.
The First Merit List is followed by the Second Merit List which is followed by the Third Merit List.
The candidates whose names are in the Merit List must be present at the College on the notified dates for the Verification of Documents and Payment of Admission Fees.
Candidates for the MBA Course are admitted through a rigorous process of Screening, Group Discussion and Personal Interview [GDPI] to Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration, Kolkata.
For Candidates from Unreserved Category:
The students who apply must have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in Honours Graduate Course of Science/Commerce/with or must be a Graduate of Engineering/Law with 55% marks in aggregate for admission to Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration, Kolkata.
For Candidates from Reserved Category:
The students belonging to OBC-A & B who apply will be given 10% relaxation marks and the students belonging to B will be given 25% relaxation marks.
All applicants who apply must have a valid C-MAT score for admission.
The students who have passed in Higher Secondary or equivalent examination are eligible to apply online.
Candidates from General Category who apply should have secured 75% aggregate marks and 60% marks in the concerned subject.
Candidates from OBC-A and OBC-B [West Bengal only Candidates] who apply should have secured 67.5% aggregate marks and 54% marks in the concerned subject.
Candidates from SC/ST [West Bengal only Candidates] who apply should have secured 56.25% aggregate marks and 45% marks in the concerned subject for admission to Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration, Kolkata.
The students who apply should have passed in the B.Com. [Hons.] qualifying examination from the University of Calcutta.
The students who have passed Honours or Major course in Commerce with first class from other Universities are also eligible for admission to Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration, Kolkata.
The eligibility criteria were to pass ICSE or CBSE, the procedure followed was a simple, the form for the desired course had to be filled online followed by submission of a copy of required scanned documents. There wasn't any entrance exam as such. To be specific the cut off for B.comHonss) was 92.5%.
The eligibility criteria of our college was 90% marks of 'best of 4 subjects' in 12th. No entrance exams were taken as the selection was purely based o the merit.
The admission is on the basis of 12 the marks above 70% in selective 5 subjects. There is no entrance exam in BCom honors degree and I am doing BBA.
