Eligibility Criteria for BPT:

• The candidate must have completed 10+2 education.
• The candidate must have passed with a minimum score of 50%.
• The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
• The candidate must have appeared for NEET examination.
• The candidate must hold a valid ranking in the same.

Eligibility Criteria for MPT:

• The candidate must have completed graduation in BPT.
• The candidate must have passed with a minimum score of 50%.
• The candidate must have appeared for PGPCETexamination.
• The candidate must hold a valid ranking in PGPCET.

Application Process for BPT, MPT:

Step-wise Instructions to fill the Application Form:

Step 1: Photographs:

• The candidate must attach their Photographs which are attested.

Step 2: Personal Information must be provided:

• Name of the Candidate
• Age of the Candidate
• Sex of the candidate
• Father's name 

Step 3: Contact information must be filled in

• verified address
• email id
• mobile number

Step 4: Educational qualification

• Year of completing the course
• The Percentage marks scored.
• The board from which the candidate has passed
• School/ University in which the candidate studied

Step 5: Submission of the form

• Application must be purchased with the normal fee
• The Application must be correctly filled with all the required information.
• It must then be submitted to the office
• The shortlisted candidate will be called for interview.

Application Form for BPT, MPT:

Step 1: Personal details of the candidate:

• The candidate must fill in their name, father's name, date of birth and gender which are compulsory fields.
• The name must be as in the Graduation marks sheet.

Step 2: Contact Information of the Candidate

• The candidates must enter their contact information.
• The contact information such as email and address must be valid.
• The college officials may contact through the same.
• The Phone number and email id must be active.

Step 3: Education Qualification of the Candidate

• The candidate must fill in the 10th-grade details.
• The candidate must fill in the 10+2 educational details.

Step 4: Declaration by the candidate:

• The candidate must upload the scanned copies of marks sheets.
• The candidate must upload his/her recent photograph.
• The candidate must read the declaration and agree to the terms.
• The candidate must submit the form.

Admission Process for BPT, MPT:

• The admission process will follow the guidelines laid down by DMER, PNS, and MUHS. 
• Admissions for B.P.Th. take place after the declaration of the results of NEET and XII Std. results.
• Admissions for M.P.Th. take place after the declaration of PGP-CET result. The candidate also has to fulfill other criteria laid down by MUHS.
• All students seeking admission shall apply in the prescribed form issued along with the prospectus.
• The students should submit all the relevant documents in original at the time of admission.
• The full fees as described in the fee structure will have to be paid at the time of admission
• Students will be admitted on the basis of their performance in the Common Entrance Examination, i.e. NEET. Thus, the candidates will be admitted through NEET counseling rounds.
