A graduate program of DAIRY TECHNOLOGY was started in the erstwhile university of Udaipur in the year 1978 as a part of courses available Rajasthan College of Agriculture, which led to the establishment of a separate college later in the year 1982. Complete construction and development of the infrastructure was planned in various phases. It is surrounded by lush green land, and the campus of the institute extends a beautiful and well developed area with many topographically featured picturesque landscape, along with numerous buildings of various nature and stature and metal led road network.
