All the aspiring candidates should have passed [10+2] or High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) board or any other equivalent examination conducted by any State Board or Equivalent with a minimum 50% marks aggregate with English as a subject. All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% of marks in the minimum aggregate set as above.

Arya Vidyapeeth college is one of the premier institute in northeast India, which is located in the city of Guwahati. For Admission eligibility in B.sc, your aggregate in PCM or PCB should be at least 75% for major courses. For General course, you should have at least an aggregate of 60%. Typically cut off depends on the performance of the 12th candidates who seek admission but since its one of the best institute in the city for science which is affiliated under Gauhati University. The cut-off stays between 75-80%.

The college has good discipline, the teacher are very friendly and helps students understand the concepts and topics in every easy way
The admission process was pretty much good. I didnt take any entrance examinations. The cutoffs were 7.2 CGPA.
