Application Process

  • The Online application for the courses provided in the College Website 

  • The candidates who are interested can visit the official website of the University to get the online application link.

  • Then register yourself for the admission by providing personal details.

  • Once getting the application form the candidates are required to fill the form with valid information.

  • After filling the application form, pay the application from fees through Andhra Bank/Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking.

  • make sure that the candidates are having a copy of payment receipt for the future reference.

  • The candidates are also required to apply for the AUCET entrance test.

  • The candidates are required to select the entrance test centre from one of the following while filling the application:(VISAKHAPATNAM/ SRIKAKULAM/ VIZIANAGARAM/ KAKINADA/ RAJAHMUNDRY/ ELURU/ VIJAYAWADA/ GUNTUR)

  • If the candidates applying for the candidates is less than 200 then the common entrance test is conducted in the VISAKHAPATNAM centre.

  • The candidates are required to download the Admit card for the entrance test from University website.

  • The candidates taking admission under Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam must apply for the common entrance test conducted by the AU.

  • If the applicant for the course is less then the seat available then the selection is based on the merit marks in the intermediate examination.

  • After the entrance test candidates are called for the counselling process by the concerned authority.

  • The candidates are required to bring the original document at the time of the counselling process.

The Document Required To Bring At The Time Of Admission Process:

  • AUCET - 2019 Rank Card & Hall Ticket.

  • Degree / Provisional Pass Certificate.

  • Consolidated Marks statement of the Qualifying Examination.

  • Transfer and Conduct Certificate and Migration Certificate (for other Universities)

  • Date of Birth Certificate (SSC/Matriculation or equivalent Certificate).

  • Study Certificates for the last seven years ending with the qualifying examination or Residence

    Certificate for preceding seven years of the qualifying examination.

  • Intermediate original certificate.

  • Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST/BC/EBC/

    Minority candidates.

  • 4 recent passport size Photos and Physical fitness certificate from an Asst. Civil Surgeon.

  • Discharge certificate and service certificate of the parent in case of children of armed personnel.

Admission Procedure

The candidate interested to apply for a given course should forward his/her written request accompanied by a Demand Draft of US $50 or equivalent INR payable to Dean, International Affairs, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India, enclosing the following documents.

  1. Detailed Bio-Data/Resume of the student indicating total years of study, courses taken, work experience, references etc.

  2. Copies of Transcripts/Marks lists of all the courses taken, Degrees and Diplomas obtained.

  3. Copy of the Passport.

  4. Award letter of scholarship or sponsorship if applicable.

All these documents should be sent to The Dean, International Affairs. Initially the International Students will be given provisional admission to obtain student Visa from Indian Embassy in their home country.

Note: Applications will be received throughout the year. The academic year starts in the month of July every year. The total process of admission will take about 3 months time, after the receipt of all required documents from the students.

Admission Procedure
