AIMA - All India Management Association Admission 2024: Check Entrance Exams, Courses Offered, Admission Details

Applicants with a minimum of 50% in Graduation under 10+2+3 scheme from a recognized University are exempted from the entrance test for admission.

• To be eligible for the interview, interested students with below 50% in Graduation are required to appear in the entrance tests like MAT / CAT / CMAT / XAT / ATMA / any other state-level test.

• No cutoff scores are announced for the tests.

• Candidates who have not appeared in any of the above-mentioned tests and who do not have a minimum of 50% in their graduation are required to appear in the Aptitude test conducted by AIMA.

• These candidates may be given provisional admission with an undertaking that they will appear in the Aptitude Test whenever finalized.

• PGDM course is available as PGDM Executive and PGDM General with the following specializations:

Ph.D in Business Administration

• Students with the following degrees or work experience are eligible to apply for the program in AIMA, New Delhi:

  • Master’s Degree in Management or allied subjects from Commerce, Humanities, Science, Engineering and Law, etc.

  • A degree in PGDM / PGDITM approved by AICTE with not less than 55% marks or equivalent grade OR Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy.

  • Any other professional qualification which is considered equivalent to a Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.

  • Minimum 5 years post qualification work experience in the industry at the managerial level.

  • A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience as a full-time Faculty in a Management Institute approved by AICTE or affiliated to a University.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 50% marks in Graduation.

In-Company Programmes

• Any graduates can apply for the course.

• The aim of in-company programmes of AIMA-CME is to contribute towards corporate excellence.

• These programmes are designed keeping in view the specific needs of the organization.

Capsule Course of Three (3) Months Duration

• Any graduate can apply for the course.

• There are two courses under this category:

  • Merchandising Management

  • Selling Techniques & CRM

Eligibility Criteria for Postgraduation Courses

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or, a 3 years Diploma in any discipline recognized by AICTE after 10+2 or equivalent or, Graduates under 10+2+3 scheme are eligible.

• Candidates with 50% in Graduation are allowed to apply with a valid score in any of the entrance exams like CMAT / CAT / XAT / MAT etc.

• Students doing other professional courses like MBA, MFS, CA, CS, ICWA can do the Diploma courses given below concurrently and can seek lateral entry.

• PGCM (Post Graduate Certificate in Management) in AIMA, New Delhi offers 2 specializations:- Logistics & Supply Chain Management and Digital Marketing & Strategy

General Requirements of Postgraduate Application process 2024

• The application details for the entrance examinations can be found on the official website for AIMA, Centre for Management Education, New Delhi admissions 2024.

• Based on the directions given below, Download and fill the Application Form.

• Registration process

  • Fill up the Information Form and the student will be guided by the College Program managers throughout the admission process.

  • Students can also fill up the online application form to initiate the admission process alternatively.

• Uploading of documents online

  Applicants are requested to submit the application form along with uploading the following documents:

  • Academic Documents to be uploaded - Graduation Certificate from a recognized University (or in case a final year student, mark sheet of last two years)

  • Work Experience Documents (if any)

  • Photo Identity Card

  • Passport Size Photographs

  • Digital Signature

• Fee payment

  The application fee may be paid online by any of the sources mentioned below:

  • Credit Card Online

  • Debit Card (All Banks)

  • Debit Card Payment using ATM PIN (available for some specific banks only)

  • Net Banking

• Confirmation

  • The application process gets completed by issuing Student Number from the University, after the approval of documents and the payment procedure.

General guidelines :

• Students must check all the columns in the application are filled correctly.

• Make sure the address is given clearly and legibly in capital letters with Email ID and Mobile no.

• Applications without supporting documents and incomplete information will be summarily rejected.

General Requirements of Postgraduate Admissions 2024

• Applicants are advised to visit the official website to get admission procedure for the year 2024.  

• Eligible candidates need to appear for the Personal Interview (PI) round with AIMA panel members.

• The following should be submitted at the time of the Personal Interview:

  • Attested* Graduation Certificates (Provisional Certificate, Consolidated Mark Sheet of 3rd Year)

  • 2 Passport Size Photographs

  • Also, they need to obtain Registration form (OMR Form comes along with the prospectus) by paying INR 500/- (available at the time of the Interview).

• Aspirants residing outside Delhi/NCR can apply for Telephonic Interview.

• Qualified students after the interview are supposed to pay the fee as per their specializations and the AIMA fee structure (via DD) in favour of All India Management Association, payable at New Delhi.

• The fee must be paid within 10-15 days of the declaration of their qualification result.
