Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University is loacted in Lucknow in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.
The institute is a public collegiate university.
It was established as the Uttar Pradesh Technical University by the Government of Uttar Pradesh on 8 May 2000.

Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduate Programs at UPTU:

• The candidate is required to have passed 10th and 12th.
• The candidate is required to have completed 10+2 years of education.
• The candidate must have obtained the required degree for the particular course.
• The candidate must have obtained a minimum 50% marks in best four relevant subjects.
• The candidate must have appeared for the required qualifying examinations to be eligible for the selection process.
