The IIS University is a famous institution for women education and was established in 1995. The principal purpose of the University is to support and preserve academic excellence, convert the dreams and ambitions of the youth to reality and endeavour and seek to provide to the Global needs. The University aims at providing a conducive environment for the development of an individual’s personality. IISU Jaipur is the only college in Rajasthan to get an accredited A+ by NAAC. The government of Rajasthan recognized IIS University as a Model college of their state. The University provides a learning environment where the students and the faculty are driven by the spirit of inquiry in their quest for knowledge.

The IISU Jaipur is Rajasthan's only college to get accredited an A+ by NAAC, and it has been identified as a 'Model College' by the government. Being an autonomous body, the institute has the freedom to decide the curriculum of its various courses and hence, updates it regularly. UGC has given it a "College with Potential for Excellence" status. It is located on a sprawling campus of 50,331 sq.m with state of the art facilities. A Center for Information & Technology covers two floors with more than 300 desktops and servers. IISU Jaipur Admission
IISU Jaipur admission is based on a minimum aggregate of % scored in class XII to enrol in UGC courses, and to enrol in Masters Candidates must show the mark sheets of X, XII and UGC. The admission process starts with filling out an online application. The candidate must fill in details like personal information, including full name, email id, contact number and permanent address.

Students who hail from the SC/ST/OBC quota can get an IIS University scholarship if they secure a 75% in their Higher Secondary Examination. Students who hail from Minority communities can get a scholarship if they secure a 75% in their Higher Secondary Examination. Students who hail from an economically low background are eligible for a scholarship by The IIS University. Students whose parent serves /has served in the military are eligible for a scholarship. The University sponsors a scholarship to students who are Physically Challenged. The University sponsors a scholarship under the sports quota. Indira Gandhi Scholarship for a single girl child is also available at the University.
