Sarguja University (Sant Gahira Guru Vishwavidyalaya University) is a state university located in Darripara, Ambikapur, Chattisgarh. It was established in the year 2008 and is a teaching/affiliating university. Sarguja University aims to educate and train manpower to contribute to the development of the country by providing quality education. The university’s territorial jurisdiction extends to the entire Surguja Division comprising five revenue districts: Korea, Surguja, Jashpur, Surajpur and Balrampur.
