The college was inaugurated on 9 July 1983 by Simon Pimenta, Archbishop of Bombay. St. Andrews College of Arts, Science & Commerce is a prestigious educational institution located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The institute is affiliated to the University of Mumbai. St. Andrew's College Admission:

It is mandatory for all candidates to register with the University of Mumbai prior to filling the application form at the institute level. Aspiring candidates must fill the online application form by visiting the University of Mumbai website. Candidates are also required to fill the admission form for the college separately. The admission fee must be paid in full at the time of institute-level admission. The prospectus and application form for admission to the college is made available from the date the H.S.C. results of the Maharashtra State Board are announced.
