Sarojini Naidu Vanita Mahavidyalaya is an educational institution in the state of Telangana. It was established in 1962 by the Osmania Graduates’ Association and it has evolved since then to be one of the leading colleges in South India. SNVMV Hyderabad is affiliated to the Osmania University and is named after the great freedom fighter Sarojini Naidu. The college is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council with a 'B' grade.

SNVM Hyderabad is recognised by the University Grants Commission [UGC], AICTE and the Board of Intermediates. This college offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate degree as well as Intermediate courses. They are offered in the fields of Arts, Science, Commerce as well as Management. Vocational courses are offered as intermediates and self financed courses. SNVMV Hyderabad also has highly qualified and truly dedicated teaching staff numbering about 140. The institution also provides Civil Services and Bank Service Coaching to its students.

It houses well equipped laboratories, libraries, about 80 classrooms and facilities for indoor as well as outdoor sports and games. • Library has a collection of 65,000 Books, Encyclopedias, Journals, Dictionaries, Periodicals and News papers.
• All books are Bar coded and the Issue and Return of Books is Computerized in all Libraries.

• Admissions to Bachelor degree courses will be made on the basis of marks secured by candidates in the qualifying examination, in one attempt.
• Admissions into all U.G. courses / groups are online through www.dost.cgg.gov.in
• The Undergraduate Courses are Choice Based Credit System and Semester-wise.
• Admission to all classes will be strictly on the basis of merit and reservation as per government allotment through online admission process.
• Candidates seeking admission to B.Sc. should obtain not less than 40% marks in aggregate in Science subjects at the qualifying examination.
• PG Admissions will be on the basis of OSU exam and its counseing procedure.
• MBA is recognized by AICTE and affiliated to Osmania University.
