  • Daily timings are good and not very effective.

College Infrastructure:
  • 3 hostels are there with fee of around Rs 1.25 Lakhs per annum.
  • A lot of flat options available in the vicinity costing around Rs 40000 per month and 4-5 people can live in that.
  • Food is very nice in college and charges are decent classrooms are equipped with wifi,ac and library has all the latest books.
Placements & Internships:
  • The placement cell in the college offers internships from various companies.
  • Key companies that hire are ITC, Dabur, Asian Paints, TAPMI, vodafone, idea, microsoft etc. 40% (approx) of the batch gets placed.
  • Average salary is Rs 16.51 lakh per annum.
Fees and Scholarship:
  • My course fee is Rs 2,00,000/- per annum and plus I have rental cost as well as I am an outstation student.
  • No scholarship options are available in the college.
  • For a person belonging to a middle class family like me it is required to take loan as we cannot afford the cost of this university. Their is litle difficulty to take loan but Dena bank is the most viable option you can go for as they are associated with NMIMS
Academics & Faculty:
  • NMIMS offers the teaching credible to it's name. Most of the professors are qualified in their disciplines. Few teachers are experts in their field and provide an insight to actual corporate world.
  • The teaching though uses lecture method involves teaching through interactive videos, case studies, management, and presentation skills The curriculum designed is not entirely theorotical and has the structure in accordeance with the industry rewuirements. However, the college at times lack in regards of qualified staff.

  • There are many student societies, clubs and associations for functional, core and interest based areas.
  • NGO Mela, Manan etc
  • College life is busy but exciting
College Infrastructure:
  • There are 3-4 hostels for girls and boys separately. Girls hostels are newly built and has good facilities.
  • PGs are very expensive and not very great
  • Food in college is good and prices are decent
  • Classrooms are state of the art, infrastructure is great.

 

Placements & Internships:
  • ICIC, Deloitte, Reliance, GS for marketing, finance and human resource
  • Its good, please refer the placement report from the same
  • 23000+ alumni base. Alumni Relations Cell is responsible for maintaining and strengthening ties.
Fees and Scholarship:
  • Scholarship is available for one student by Alumni cell.
  • On an average only one student gets scholarship
  • Yes, easily availed by banks
Academics & Faculty:
  • Classes normally get over by 2, projects in all the subkects and mini projects also, midterms and endterms.
  • Most of the teachers are good. Case discussion method.

  • There are a total of 3 hostels with the most expensive accomodation at Rs 2.05 Lakhs per year.
  • The other option is to take a shared flat with individual expense at Rs 12-15k per month.
  • The food in college is decent with good hygiene. It costs roughly Rs 120 per meal.
  • The classes and other infrastructure is top notch.
Placements & Internships:
  • My internship was at Genpact in the corporate finance role.
  • The average salary figure at college is Rs 17 LPA.
  • NM has a strong alumni network with alums working in major leadership roles in top organisations.
Fees and Scholarship:
  • Course fee is Rs 15 Lakhs for 2 year.
  • Loans are easily disbursed and many banks have put NMIMS in their A category of colleges which attracts minumum interest rate.
Academics & Faculty:
  • Routine starts at 9am and ends at different timings on different days.
  • The quality of teaching is one of the best witg HBR Case Studies.
  • The overall experience is of conducive development.

  • Top Class college. Only problem is lack of campus. But, thats because its Mumbai. College is very good. so, you wont regret.

  • My course fee is Rs 7.5 LPA for 2 year. Normally 10% increment per annum.
  • Very few scholarship options.
  • 5 number maximum gets scholarship.
  • Yes. Its easy, Canara Bank is the cheapest.
Academics & Faculty:
  • Normally 9am-2pm are class timings in 1st year. In 2nd year, timetable is from 9am-9pm with a lots of free classes.
  • Case based methodology.
  • Overall experience is 4/5.

  • Great academic block. Horrible hostels- extremely expensive.
  • Lack of campus really makes a difference.
Placements & Internships:
  • Not allowed to disclose figures.
  • But the internships and placements are pretty good.
  • Great alumni network too.
Fees and Scholarship:
  • Tution fee is around Rs 7.5 LPA. Add other expenses and it should be around Rs 11 LPA.
  • Not aware of scholarship scheme.
  • But, loans are available easily.
Academics & Faculty:
  • Routine is pretty hectic in the first year, a little more relaxed in the second. Teaching and assignments are of superior quality. However lack of campus can be clearly seen.

  • I guess I'm not the best guy to talk about it at the moment.
  • Alumni network is amazing with thousands of alumni spread across various domains.
Fees and Scholarship:
  • Course fee is on a higher side and being in Mumbai and a non residential campus makes it all the more higher.
  • Loans are definitely taken by most of the candidates.
Academics & Faculty:
  • Class timings are not very hectic but a lot to do after the classes for personal learning and developement.
  • The method of teaching is oriented towards case study.
  • The experience so far has been enriching.

  • There is hostel facility provided around college for both boys and girls separately.
  • Food quality in the college is amazing but the cost is equally high.
  • However we don't have a campus but the college building is one of the bests in the country with world class infrastructure.

 

Placements & Internships:
  • I worked with Wipro Ltd during my internship (I would not like to disclose my stipend).
  • Usually companies come for all kind of roles in various specializations for the placements.
  • Alumni network is good with alumunus visiting the campus for events and talks.
Fees and Scholarship:
  • Course fee per year is INR 7.5 Lakhs.
  • I am not aware of any scholarships offered by the college.
Academics & Faculty:
  • The daily routine is quite well planned. Tests are conducted frequently to keep a check on learning.
  • Case study based method of teaching along with theory is really good.
  • Overall the experience is amazing.

  • The Girls Hostel has good infrastructure and facilities but the boys hostel has room for improvement. The hostel fees are also a little high.

  • The Alumni network is strong, and this helps to bring companies on campus.

  • Most students take loans which are readily available.

  • The pedagogy is very holistic and inclusive, incorporating a number of different methods like case study, class discussions, role plays, etc.
