IGNOU is an open learning institute, it doesn't provide classes on a daily basis. The classes are arranged every Sunday and timings are set accordingly.
Every student has the choice of choosing it's nearest study center in which he/she can enroll as a student.
The faculty members are all well qualified and counsel every student up to its high mark.
Though it isn't as enjoying as going to any regular one but as far as studies are concerned then a big thumbs up.
