ACADEMICS & FACULTY:
  • Timings are pretty early. We have to reach college at 8:30 a.m. most days and there are a lot of gaps between classes. My first class is at 8:30 Am and last class ends at 3:00 pm. And I barely have 2-3 classes for an hour each to attend so I have to stay in college for a really long time and I mostly have no classes to attend throughout the day.
  • Teaching method is fine

ACADEMICS & FACULTY:
  • I am studying B.A. Sociology (hons) as my majors and English as my minority subject . Being an art student it is really important to have a proper routine , good teachers and to get a good reading material and im fortunate to get all this in my college ( Maitreyi college,du) .  Total number of lectures are four in a day with the first class starting at 8:30 am in the morning and 4 pm is the last class to attend . One lecture is for about 45min.
  • Teachers in my department are well experienced and provide us with right information on the subject . Most importantly they have a  friendly nature, with their teaching style so unique which helps to keep us active through out the lecture. They share their personal experiences, reads out texts from the reader's and also provide us with valuable points to remember for our exams. We are free to ask questions and doubts to our teachers anytime and anywhere. A month before the exmas we have our internals , teachers assign us with assingments and project works related to our subject which are so interesting to do individually or in a group which provide us with practical knowledge .
