Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore, is an Engineering College that was set up in 1984 by Ramanandha Adigalar Foundation. The Institute gives thirteen Undergraduate and 14 Post-graduate programs. The college is certified through the International Organization for Standardization. Kumaragur has gained popularity for its uniquely tailored management education programs.

Kumaraguru College provides hostel facilities for the students. There are separate hostels for both boys and girls. The gents hostel comprises of four blocks with a total of 445 rooms with a capacity to accommodate 1335 students and the Ladies hostel has a total of 329 rooms in its three blocks with a capacity to accommodate 987 students. The hostel provides good food and fresh drinking water and other facilities including laundry. Kumaraguru Facilities is more of a state of art, where the college ensures the students comfort in the hostel.
