King George's Medical University is spread over 24 acres. It is acknowledged for its huge campus and residential facilities in India. Some of the highlighting features of the KGMU infrastructure are cited below.

Campus: KGMU campus is around 5 kilometres from Charbagh Railway Station and is well accessible via public transportation, including bus, tempo, and taxi. It has a convocation hall, seminar hall (white hall), examination hall, vice chancellor's office, and others currently housed in the old administrative block.

Hostel: KGMU hostel offers separate accommodation facilities for girls and boys. It provides accommodation to undergraduate and postgraduate students. The KGMU hostel facilities include table tennis, billiard, chess, ludo, gymnasium, etc. 

Guest House: KGMU has constructed a guest house that has been operational since 2007. There are 14 air-conditioned rooms in the guest house, air-conditioned suites and a conference hall.

Convention Centre: The KGMU Lucknow campus has a convention centre that features three halls with seating capacities of 200, 400, and 1050 people. It also has two banquet halls, two exhibition galleries, an open-air theatre, rehearsal rooms, a lobby area beneath the dome, and connected hallways. They all are airconditioned. There are two lifts in the building. It also features two lawns on campus used for various college occasions. The centre has cutting-edge audio-visual equipment. 

Canteen: The college canteen is available 24*7 and provides various types of cuisine for students.

IT Infrastructure: The King George's Medical University facilities include access to 240 switches, 550 LAN ports and over 600 access points. The internet provides 1Gbps BSNL leased line and also a supporting NKN-NIC line. The college has 100 VIOP intercoms and 300 IP-CCTV at indoor and outdoor surveillance points and central security. The entire campus, including the hostel, administrative office, patient areas, teaching facilities, etc., has access to LAN and Wi-Fi.
