Institute of Cooperative and Corporate Management Research & Training [ICCMRT], Lucknow is housed in a self-contained, large integrated complex (9420 sq. m.) that combines architectural innovation, interiors, and functional comfort. It consists of multi-story academic, administrative, and hostel buildings with centrally air-conditioned seminar halls, library blocks, lecture rooms, computer labs, and a modern auditorium with cutting-edge audio-visual equipment. Computer Labs: The ICCMRT Lucknow labs are equipped with computing tools to meet the institute's academic, training, and administrative demands. The labs are equipped with a LAN, internet, and the latest software. These laboratories are continually renovated to meet the newest IT requirements, as the MBA program places a strong emphasis on computer knowledge and expertise. Presentation LCDs are available in all labs of ICCMRT Lucknow.

Library: The ICCMRT Lucknow library has established a large resource centre for management research and study. It houses 14651 books on various areas linked to management, computers, economics, commerce, cooperation, law, finance, banking, projects, encyclopedia series, significant references, etc. There are approximately 250 subject-specific CDs. It also has 31 journals, periodicals and 11 national and state-level newspapers on the subscription list. The library has many books on all subjects covered in the MBA curriculum.

Hostel

• The ICCMRT Lucknow hostel offers accommodation facilities for boys and girls. It has well-furnished boarding and lodging facilities. 
• There are also indoor and outdoor activities and recreational amenities accessible. All rooms are well-equipped with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, study table, and chair, among other things. There is a plan for RO water purifiers and boilers, among other things.
• The current hostel fee is Rs 65,000 per year, including mess charges, payable in two equal installments of Rs 32,500 each (semester by semester), plus a security deposit of Rs 5000 (refundable) (to be deposited at the time of admission).
• Students who do not wish to use the mess facilities must pay only the hostel cost of Rs. 38,000 per year, plus a security deposit of Rs. 5,000 to be paid at the time of registration.

Equipment: The ICCMRT Lucknow infrastructure has LCD projectors, televisions, overhead projectors, video cassette recorders, digital cameras, photocopiers, fax machines, and firefighting equipment, among other things.
