Gondwana University is a University situated in Eastern Maharashtra that came into existence on 23rd June 2010 by the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. Its main objective is to inculcate in its student's academic knowledge as well as industrial exposure. It offers courses in the fields of Science, Commerce, Humanities, Law, Education and Medicine.

Ten colleges are affiliated with Gondwana University and it is accredited by the UGC, NAAC and also AIU. The campus of the university is spread across an area of 10 acres with all basic facilities like smart classrooms, a conference hall, an auditorium, a cafeteria, Wi-Fi, hostel facilities and more.

Gondwana University Admission

Gondwana University admissions 2024 are based on either merit or entrance test scores. UG program admissions are solely based on merit basis while PG course admissions are either based on merit scores or through the qualifying exam results. Candidates must fill in their application for admission online through the official website. The required documents have to be submitted along with the form.

Gondwana University Eligibility Criteria

Gondwana University has its eligibility criteria set for every course and candidates must meet the eligibility to seek admission to the university. The university accepts MHA CET for MBA admissions and GATE for PG engineering courses. 

M.Sc Eligibility Criteria 

• The candidate must have passed B.Sc with respective fields with 50% marks. 

PhD Eligibility Criteria 

• Candidate should have completed PG in the concerned Subject with 55%.

MFD Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Fashion Design / B.Sc. Home Science/Garment Technology/ B.Sc in Fashion Design /B.A with Fashion Design or any other equivalent.

Gondwana University Cut Off

Gondwana University cut off 2021 has been released. Cut Off are done on the basis of merit and once the student submits the application forms, a number of factors are evaluated in order to select the desired students. Cut off varies for the different categories - BC, OBC, EWS, SC and more. Some of the factors that decide the cut off are as follows

Gondwana University campus has an area of 17 acres with well-maintained infrastructure facilities. The campus has a central library which is one of the biggest libraries in Eastern Maharashtra. Gondwana University Scholarship
