The Fostiima Business School was established in 2007 by IIM Ahmedabad alumni and stands for Friends Of the class of PGP Seventy Three of IIMA. It offers post-graduate level management courses, which are approved by the AICTE. It was previously known as Era Business School. Fostiima Business School admission are based on merit that is, qualifying exams scores.

It offers management courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The majority of the core and visiting faculty are graduates of IIM. The institute focuses on teaching through experiential learning and thus provides a highly interactive environment, inspired by the world's best business schools like Harvard, Stanford, IIMs.

Industry interface is provided to ground students with the real world-edge with guest lectures from honorable achievers such as Malcolm P. McNair Professor of Marketing, Harvard Business School; Mr.Sanjeev Bhikchandani, founder CEO, Naukri.com among others.

The Institute has strong industry networks and therefore students get placed in top organizations both nationally and internationally. Fostiima Business School Fees:

The total fee for the 2 year PGDM at Fostiima would amount to INR 7,25,000. The fee for the first year amounts to INR 4,00,000 with a registration fee of INR 50,000 included. For the second year the students are expected to pay a fee of INR 3,25,000.

Exceptional, meritorious students can avail scholarships of upto INR 50,000 from Fostiima.

Fostiima Business School Eligibility Criteria:

Fostiima offers the advantage of embarking on a program of team building and education camp at an exotic location in India industrial vistits and a foreign tour. The college itself provides all requisite books, study materials and a laptop.

Fostiima Business School Admission:

The Fostiima Business School admission will be based on past academic merit, performances in the group discussions and personal/ telephonic interview. The application form is available on the official website. Candidates would be invited also based on their scores in the management entrance exams.

The following documents are to be submitted:

• Application form with details filled in capitals.
• Xerox copies of all transcripts.
• PP size photographs pasted wherever needed.
• CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT etc scorecard photocopy.

Fostiima Business School Cut Off:

Candidates are shortlisted by Fostiima on the basis of their overall performance in any of the accepted management entrance examinations- CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT etc., academic performance in school and college, extracurriculars, English communication skills, GD and PI. The cut off for admission to Fostiima is usually kept at above 50 percentile in CAT/ XAT or above 70 percentile in MAT along with atleast 50% marks in graduation.

Hostel facilities are available, providing the students with a comfortable and homely living environment. The college ensures that the hostel supervised by them are secure, healthy, and comfortable.
