BITS Pilani Placement Process

BITS Pilani's placement procedure has been improved to make hiring as easy as possible for employers and students. The placement procedure has the following life cycle:

• Companies are contacted about two months before the placement season starts.
• Interested recruiters are sent a Job Announcement Form via the central placement portal.
• Following form completion, the requirements are examined, and a mutually agreeable date and time for the presentation and selection process is set.
• The consolidated site sends information about the job description and the company's visit date to the students, and applications are requested.
• The recruiter is given access to the list of prospective candidates. A testing partner could evaluate the pre-process.
