Barkatullah University is a government university in Bhopal, India founded in 1970. Originally the institute was referred to as the University of Bhopal and more informally as Bhopal University. In 2015, the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) assigned the university a 'B' grade. Admission 2024 to UG programs at Barkatullah University is currently being accepted. Admissions will be based on performance on the Common University Entrance Examination (CUET). CUET 2024 application form will be released in the first week of February 2024 (tentatively). CUET PG 2024 exam will be conducted between March 11, 2024 and March 28, 2024. CUET PG 2024 online registration is expected to start in the first week of January 2024.

BU Bhopal Departments

The university's teaching departments place a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary teaching and research. BU Bhopal Admission

Barkatullah University Admission 2024 is ongoing. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. programs in various specializations. Students can apply for admission within the online mode on the official website and also pay the appliance fee online. If students have an interest in admission to the university first they have to understand the admission criteria. Bhopal University conducts an entrance exam for admission in B.Pharm, M.Com, B.P.Ed, MA, BEd, M.P.Ed, MSC, M.Tech, LL.M & MBA programs, based on the entrance test result and merit list, the admission process is going to be done.

BU Bhopal Eligibility Criteria

BA Eligibility Criteria

• The applicants should have done HSC with at least 50% aggregate
• The candidates have to clear the BU entrance exam.

MBA Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have graduated with at least a 50 percent average (45 percent aggregate in case of SC, ST, and OBC)

The cutoff for the years 2021 and 2020 is based on entrance exams such as JEE Main, NEET, MP BE, etc. The cutoff for admission to the university is determined by the reservation categories and the availability of seats.

BU Bhopal Results

BU Bhopal features a well-established library stocked with nearly 75000 books, 5703 theses, 3000 research magazines, and 60 Sanskrit MSS. BU Bhopal Placements

Barkatullah University features a well-established placement cell that gives placement opportunities to its students. As per BU Bhopal NIRF report 2022, a total of 33 students out of 484 students were placed during Barkatullah University PG (2-year) placements 2021. Earlier, a total of 21 and 33 students were placed out of 325 and 399 students during Barkatullah University PG (2-year) placements 2020 and 2019, respectively. Aside from the placements, the cell also organizes industrial visits and guest lectures to reinforce the talents of scholars. It also gives the training to organize students for the company world.
