All applicants to the full-time M.Tech courses need to have secured at least 55% marks in aggregate in BE / B.Tech in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institution/ University as given below:

• Candidates looking to apply for Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus, Firozepur admissions 2024 must have passed the [10+2] qualifying examination from a recognized Board/ Institution.

• All candidates need to have a valid score in JEE Main.

• Lateral Entry candidates can also apply directly and the admission will be done in a Centralized manner and will also be based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

General Requirements for Undergraduate/ Postgraduate Admissions 2024

• All admissions to Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus will be done according to the norms of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University, Bathinda (MRSPTU) counselling process.

• Applicants must register and fill out the form on the official website.

• Once the registration form is filled, the candidate will have to pay the application fees which is INR 5000/- to be paid online.

General Requirements for Undergraduate/ Postgraduate Admissions 2024

• Candidates will be shortlisted purely on the basis of merit for admission to SBSSTC.

• Candidates must report to the campus after the allocation of a seat along with their original documents.

• The documents have to be verified and submitted.

• Finally, Payment of fees will take place. 

• All candidates who have passed the 10th board examination from a recognized Board are eligible for admission to the Diploma in Engineering course.

• Candidate must have had Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as their core subjects.

• Lateral entry to the course is allowed to candidates who have passed [10+2] Vocational/ Technical course.

• The minimum eligibility for a candidate seeking admission to the B.Arch course is having passed the [10+2] qualifying examination from a recognized Institution/ Board.

• The student also needs to have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

• Candidates who have also passed a [10+3] diploma course from any stream with minimum 50% are also eligible.

Admission to the B.Arch course will be based on a merit list generated through the results of the national level competitive examination.

For admission to SBSSTC, aspirants need to have passed the [10+2] qualifying examination from a recognized Institution/ Board.

• A candidate with a minimum three-year bachelor degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the UGC is eligible for MCA for admission to Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus.

• They should have Mathematics/ Statistics/ Business Mathematics/ Business Statistics/ Quantitative Techniques as one of the subjects either at [10+2] or at Bachelor level.

• The student must have scored at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved category candidates) in the qualifying examination.

• Candidates seeking admission through lateral entry, need to have cleared the [10+2] qualifying examination having Mathematics as a core subject and with a BCA/ B.Sc course in IT/ Computer Science obtaining a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for reserved category students).
