PGDM is a two year full-time residential Post Graduate Program in Management, spread over six trimesters.  The entire program is designed and developed in such a way that it makes a student more industry ready with a blend of knowledge, skills and attitude. StEP or Student Enhancement Plan is a unique practice at the institute designed to strengthen the fundamentals needed of a manager to flourish in the corporate workplace, such as- communication skills, attitude development as well as critical analysis ability, current affairs knowledge, quantitative & qualitative aptitude and domain knowledge. 

*Elective subjects will be introduced in the 3rd trimester and will feature in every trimester hence, up till the course culmination.

Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies [KIAMS] UG Admission - Eligibility, Fees and Scholarships, Admission

A candidate is shortlisted on the basis of the overall rank computed taking into account of the following components and their weights as defined by AICTE: 

Application fee for obtaining admission is INR 850/-
Total fees for the 2-year PGDM course at the Harihar Campus will amount to INR 10,75,000/-
This amount is inclusive of Tuition, Hostel and Mess (PGDM at KIAMS is a fully residential course), and such others as Administrative fees, Students support activities fees, Alumni registration, etc.

A scholarship is awarded to the meritorious students as follows:

• Students from CAT/ XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT Entrance Tests having 95 percentile and above are eligible for a scholarship of ₹ 1,00,000/- in the total Program fee.
• Students from CAT/ XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT Entrance Tests having percentile between 90 to 94.99 are eligible for a scholarship of ₹ 60,000/- in the total Program fee.

The scholarship will be applied from the sixth installment of the fees and will be linked to the academic and behavioral performance during the PGDM course. It will be disbursed as follows:

• Those eligible for ₹ 1,00,000/- scholarship will receive a rebate in the sixth installment provided the previous 3 trimester’s GPA/CGPA is 3.20 and 7.20 for next 3 trimester.
• Those eligible for ₹ 60,000/- scholarship will receive a rebate in the sixth instalment provided the previous 3 trimester’s GPA/CGPA is 2.85 and 6.41 for next 3 trimester.

Students are eligible for the various Education Loan schemes being offered by many banks. Once a student gets an offer to join the PGDM Program at KIAMS, they can approach any State Bank of India branch across India to avail SBI Scholar Loan facility. Furthermore, the students can approach any Bank of Baroda branch across India for an attractive and a competitive education loan.

Candidates interested in the PGDM course at Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies may access the Admission portal on the official website of the college. Following are the steps to be followed to apply online for the PGDM course at KIAMS-

• The candidate has to first register themselves in order to fill the admission form.
• To register, go to the official website of KIAMS.
  Click on the “Admissions” tab and select “Post Graduate Diploma in Management”  option.
• Fill in the details and click on “REGISTER”
• After verification of email, the candidate will be redirected to the next page to furnish additional details such as Campus Preference, Personal Information, Contact Details, Education Information, choice of Selection Centre and such other details.
• Fill in the necessary details and upload requisite documents.
• Sign the Declaration.
• The candidate can either select the “Save and Pay Later” button or click on the “Submit and Pay Now”
• The Application Fee of INR 850/- can be paid using Net Banking, Credit, Debit Card and UPI.
• After payment is complete, Submit the Application Form.
  This completes the Application procedure for PGDM course at KIAMS.
