The IIM Kozhikode PGP selection process is held in two phases. Candidates will be shortlisted for the final selection round based on their performance in the first and second rounds, elaborated below. 

• PGP, PGP-BL, PGP-LSM, PGP-Finance has two rounds of the selection process. In the first round, candidates are shortlisted based on Aggregate Index Score (AIS), which is based on CAT score, academic qualifications, work experience, gender diversity, and academics. In the second round, the candidates shortlisted for the PI process must appear for a Written Ability Test (WAT).
• EPGP candidates are shortlisted for the entrance test/ personal interview based on their performance on their GMAT/ GRE/ EMAT (Executive Management Aptitude Test).
• PhD selection is based on GMAT, GRE, CAT, GATE, JRF (NET) / IIMB Test scores, academic performance, work experience, and interview rounds.
