Army Institute of Management offers the post-graduation course MBA for students. Army Institute of Management or AIMK Kolkata was established by the Indian Army, under the leadership of the Armed Welfare Education Society (AWES). Army Institute of Management Kolkata admission offers an MBA program at the PG level. The program is offered with a duration of 2 years with 6 semesters. It is offered with various specializations as listed below:

MBA Eligibility Criteria 

Army Institute of Management Kolkata eligibility for MBA is offered based on the following: 

• One must clear the CAT entrance exam which is mandatory.
• The applicant must have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a 50% score.
• If the degree is gained through distance mode then the affiliated institute must be within the same state. And these candidates are required to produce a Bonafide Certificate & Fee Receipt at the time of registration at the Army Institute of Management.
• Candidates completing the final semester can also apply. And must submit the bachelor's degree documents while admitting to the college.

MBA Selection Process

Selection is purely based on reservations and qualifying scores in CAT exams. 

• Followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview at Kolkata. Travel expenses must be covered by the student himself/herself. 
• GD-PI is conducted during the 1st week of March in Kolkata. Dates and other details will be shared via email and telephone through the registered mobile number of the candidate.
• CAT admit card must be produced during the GD-PI round. 
• Selected candidates must pay a sum of Rupees 60,000 through SB-Collect as acceptance of the offer. This amount will be adjusted against the tuition fees that have to be paid during the time of registration.
