General Requirements for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Admissions 2024

• The admission process at Amrita School of Medicine is completely based on merit.

• The past academic performances and the scores obtained in NEET UG/PG are important parameters of the selection process.

• A common counseling will be held for the candidates for the admission.

• The candidates are requested to carry the original documents, demand draft, online allotment letter on the day of admission.

• Candidates will not be allowed to take admission in the college without the original documents.

• The following documents must be produced on the day of admission:

  •  UG candidates must submit two copies of NEET-UG scorecard as well as admit card

  •  PG candidates must submit two copies of NEET-PG scorecard as well as admit card

  • Eligibility proof of the candidate

  • Higher Secondary School mark sheet and pass certificate

  • Transfer certificate from the previous school/institute

  • Character and conduct certificate from the previous school

  • Migration certificate from HSC board/ university (for candidates applying for PG course)

  • Birth certificate

  • Medical certificate

  • 6 passport size color photographs

  • 2 copies Aadhar card

  • Parent's PAN card copy

  • Two set copies of all certificates

• General category students must pay the fees in the form of demand draft in favor of "AMRITA VISHWA VIDYAPEETHAM".

• NRI candidates must pay the fees in the form of demand draft in favor of "AMRITA VISHWA VIDYAPEETHAM" in US dollars.

• Fess will be accepted through demand draft only. Hence, do not pay through cheques or cash.

• The candidates must download and fill the following documents and submit on the day of reporting to Amrita School of Medicine:

  • Personal Data 

  • Hostel Record

  • Undertaking for the list of Original Documents / Certificates

  • Rules and Regulations to be followed in the Campus

  • Affidavit by the student and the parent

  • Disciplines to be followed by the student in the campus

  • Joint declaration by the students and their parents

  • Medical certificate

• PG students must submit the following documents along with the other documents:

  • MBBS Mark sheets and degree certificate from a recognized university

  • MBBS internship completion certificate

  • MBBS registration certificate from State Medical Council/MCI

  • Receipt of 2lakhs deposited in MCC (2 copies)

• The candidates can go through the ASM Kochi Fee Structure in the official website 

Diploma/MS/MD:

• The applicant must possess an MBBS degree recognized by Medical Council of India.

• The candidate must qualify the NEET PG with a valid score.

• Candidates completing their internships within the given time period are eligible.

• These candidates must produce the permanent registration certificate from Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council.
